Quality: Creating a custom home is a complex task that requires a well-thought-out process. It presents challenges that average homes do not. The GPT™ helps ensure quality and makes the process enjoyable for our clients.

Custom Modern Homes: The GPT™ is for clients with projects architecture, interior design, and furnishing services for new homes, remodels, and renovations. However, it is also applicable to projects focused on one trade (only architecture, for example).

Efficiency: Our process overlaps phases and trades for greater efficiency. We also integrate architecture and interior design to ensure holistic design.

Uniqueness to the Client: Every home we create is purposefully different and unique to each client. There are certain things we do in our design process to accomplish this, which includes, our Comprehensive Design Analysis™ and our Design Development Strategies™.

Client-Focused: Our guidebook uses straightforward language to explain every step and phase, so you are informed throughout.
